Hillary's Septic Soul
By A.J. DiCintio

Jun 1, 2008

After Hillary spurned beautiful, vigorous, life-affirming June in favor of a disgustingly serendipitous month in which the murder of her opponent allows her to become the Democratic nominee, Michael Goodwin of New York’s Daily News observed, “We have seen an X-ray of a very dark soul.” Then, he added: “We could have seen it coming, if only we had realized Clinton’s thinking could be so cold.”

Despite the excellence of his imagery and the correctness of his denunciation of Mrs. Clinton’s Robert Kennedy remark as “sick” and “disgusting,” it must be pointed out that the use of the indeterminate “we” in speaking of those who had heretofore failed to comprehend Mrs. Clinton’s full depravity reveals that Mr. Goodwin needs to be more careful in his use of pronouns.

After all, there are at least 150 million Americans who have long known that the hellish darkness of Hillary’s soul results from deadly toxins secreted by the pathogens that give rise to the pernicious disease Washington named “[the] love of power.”

Among that enormous number we find Peggy Noonan, who last week (WSJ, “Sex and the Sissy”) educated the nation about one of the ugly behaviors caused by the sepsis that runs rampant in Hillary’s soul when she contrasted the courage, honesty, and strength of Golda Meir, Indira Gandhi, and Margaret Thatcher with Eternal Victim Hillary’s insulting, manipulative, prissy, sissy, blame-gaming, whining playing of the Sexist Card.

Writing in the Telegraph, Camille Paglia also exposed the sickness of an appeal so blatantly false and contrived that it is demeaning to women: “Hillary has tried to have it both ways: to batten on her husband’s nostalgic popularity while simultaneously claiming to be a victim of sexism. Well, which is it? Are men convenient sugar daddies or condescending oppressors?”

Then, as one never susceptible to Hillary’s perverse machinations, Paglia turned her focus to the grand irony surrounding the Democratic primary:

For all her claims of media bias and ill treatment by her male fellow candidates, Hillary has got off absurdly softly in this campaign. No one — neither her rivals nor mainstream journalists — has had the guts to explore or even list the bursting catalogue of past Clinton scandals, in which Hillary was nearly always hip deep.

Of course, plenty of other Americans have had “the guts” to expose the “bursting catalogue” of scandals that Hillary Clinton’s power loving mind actually perceives as a book of good works, the latest good work, of course, being the wish for a June Surprise that keeps her opponent from usurping what Hillary is absolutely certain she deserves.

Following is my contribution to that catalogue: a scandal so reeking of a festering soul poisoned by a perfectly amoral love of power that on its own it disqualifies Hillary Clinton from holding any public office.

To grasp the sickness of the scandal fully, we must first remind ourselves of the ugly, truly sexist attacks the Clinton White House soullessly orchestrated against truth telling women who bravely spoke out against Bill Clinton — attacks whose most vicious weaponry consisted of missiles whose warheads carried the poisonous gas of IRS audits just in case the carpet bombing of the women with despicable nuts and loathsome sluts didn’t quite do the stinking job.

Next, we must recall that Hillary Clinton brags of her service for the House committee that brought articles of impeachment against President Nixon, Article 2 of which makes the following charge:

He [Nixon] has, acting personally and through his subordinates and agents, endeavoured [sic] to obtain from the Internal Revenue Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law, and to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax audits or other income tax investigations to be intitiated [sic] or conducted in a discriminatory manner.

Finally, we must consider that even though Hillary Clinton (along with the rest of us) was possessed of the facts regarding the IRS and other infectious filth with which the Clinton war room labored assiduously to poison its female opponents just as she was fully aware of the truth about her husband’s sordid history, she blamed not her husband for the foulness that enveloped his presidency but his accusers, whom she denounced as minions in the employ of a “vast Right-Wing conspiracy” that relentlessly bombards Honest Bill and his Poor Me wife with politically motivated lies.

If we summon the courage to meditate on the foully immoral, sickeningly hypocritical lust that represents the only explanation for a person’s ability to commit the acts just described (acts which to this day Hillary proudly touts as indications of her vast experience), we will come as close as humanly possible to perfectly comprehending the effects of the love of power upon Hillary Clinton’s soul, a “very dark soul” that is not merely “cold” but septic in its toxic, thoroughly repulsive nature.
