For too many years now, socialist whiners masquerading as your granddaddy’s Democrats have been maligning our troops in battle in what I will call a traitorous fashion, all the while screaming at the top of their lungs, “but, we support our troops!”
From Senator Jay Rockefeller’s private trip to the Middle East weeks after 9/11 to warn our enemies that Bush was going to attack Iraq, to Baghdad Jim McDermott’s “Bush is a Liar” tour, paid for by known terror sponsor groups, to John Murtha’s many slanderous remarks from the floor of congress, they have gotten away with far too much for far too long.
As a result, 17 true modern American heroes have returned from duty in Iraq only to take their fight for America’s future to the halls of congress.

Based on the raw anti-American treatment they have received from anti-American Democrats and their liberal lamestream press for several years now, I can’t think of a better way for these soldiers to right the many wrongs they have endured at the hands and mouths of sniveling socialist democrats who have worked around the clock to undermine their every mission and impugn the honor of America’s finest.
Armchair Conservatives Unite?
Self-styled conservatives, angry that John McCain is their party nominee, a direct result of the fact that conservatives failed to unite behind any other candidate, have been strong supportive mouthpieces for our troops every step of the way.
They have vowed to stop funding an increasingly left leaning RNC and let John McCain hang by his own left leaning positions on Immigration, Gitmo, the right and need to aggressively interrogate the only people in the world who can tell us when and where the next 9/11 is planned, and maybe rightfully so.
But what positive action are they taking to insure that America moves in the right direction this fall, instead of allowing the worst candidates in American history to win by default?
Conservatives have begged for someone or something positive to support, and here’s their chance to put their money and their time where their mouth has been for so long!
True Conservative Control of Congress
While McCain is indisputably far better than either Clinton or Obama to sit in the Oval Office as Commander-in-Chief, there is no doubt that conservatives will need to tie his hands on certain issues with conservative control of congress as well.
These 17 soldiers may be just the ticket to accomplishing that vital task, necessary to protecting and preserving conservative principles and values over the next four years, while we work to regain operational control of the RNC and develop a truly conservative presidential candidate for 2012.
The House has 435 seats, 3 of them currently vacant, 234 held by Democrats and 198 held by Republicans. Helping these 17 soldiers capture 17 seats, including John Murtha’s seat, would dramatically change the complexion of the House and alter the direction of this nation in a manner many think not possible today.
We Support our Troops!
There is NO doubt that Democrats will use every trick available to defeat all 17 of these American heroes in their effort to take the battle for America’s soul to the House floor.
Will armchair conservatives take the money they won’t give McCain, the money they stopped sending the RNC, and unite behind these 17 soldiers as they continue to fight for the America that they were willing to lay down their lives for?
If every conservative in this country gets behind these 17 men, all 17 can win. Is there a better way to send a message to Democrats (or Republicrats) and the world, that we really do “support our troops?” That we really are fed up with the sniveling leftist propaganda dished out daily by socialists pretending to be your daddy’s Democrats?
If Republicans pick up 17 seats with these soldiers, and the 3 seats currently vacant, 234-198 becomes 217-218 and Nancy Pelosi will be returned to the ash heap of useless babbling idiots where she belongs.
Lalor asks, “Voters want to restore leadership and honor back to Washington. Who better to accomplish that mission than our generation of warriors?”
I couldn’t agree more! The decisions made by congress will never be any better than the political ideologies held, or the information used to make those decisions. Who knows better than these 17 men, what it will take to not only withdraw from Iraq in victory, but win the international War on Terror as a whole? John Murtha? Teddy Kennedy? Nancy Pelosi? Baghdad Jim McDermott?
A Time to Act
Here are 17 men who are about much more than mere words. These men are all about action!
These 17 men are better than Republicans, they are conservatives. They are better than politicians, they are warriors.
Operating on their own ideals, outside of the grip of RNC elites, these 17 American heroes want to represent real American patriots and they aim to take that fight to the floor of congress.

Each of these 17 soldiers would do this alone if they could, but they can’t. Democrats will pull out all the stops to defeat these 17 patriots.
